As National Director of Operations & Private Lending at Mako Partners, Tom oversees deal structuring, process management, and private capital strategies. He plays a key role in aligning operational precision with innovative funding solutions that support sustainable growth for clients nationwide.

Outside of work, Tom can usually be found knee-deep in his latest home renovation project - which, by all accounts, started as “a quick weekend job” and hasn’t stopped since. When he’s not wielding a hammer, he’s looking after his two sausage dogs, Thor and Loki, who supervise every renovation with mixed enthusiasm.
